Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Flagon collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Flagon voice-controlled AI browser-agent service ("Flagon", "we", "us", "our").
1. Who we are
Flagon is operated by the individuals behind the Flagon product, based in India. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@flagon.ai.
2. Data we collect
- Account information — your name, email, password (stored hashed), and login details, including via Google or Microsoft sign-in if you use it.
- Usage & session data — voice session recordings/transcripts, actions the agent takes, and logs needed to run and improve the service.
- Product configuration — the target URLs, agent instructions, and website content you scrape into your knowledge base.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider, Paddle. We receive billing confirmations but do not store full card numbers.
- Cookies & analytics — basic cookies and usage analytics to keep you signed in and understand how the service is used.
3. How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, and secure the service;
- run voice sessions and browser agents you or your visitors start;
- process payments and manage your subscription;
- respond to support requests; and
- maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Flagon.
4. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Flagon, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, including:
- cloud hosting and database providers;
- AI, speech-to-text, and voice providers that power the agent;
- a browser-automation provider that runs the live browser sessions; and
- Paddle, our merchant of record, for payments and invoicing.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
5. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to run the service, plus limited analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect functionality.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent. If you are in India, these include rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). To exercise any right, email support@flagon.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. International users
Flagon and its providers may process and store data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
10. Children
Flagon is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the service.
